Sat, 6:56: So after @AmericanExpress signed me up with a new card with a promised promotion that never got officially attached to the card, and they've done nothing but give me the runaround for the past two months, I finally canceled my account. I will never do business with them again.
Not that it's that great an inconvenience, given how few businesses accept American Express anyway. Now I can just always use my @Visa and never again have to wonder whether they'll take it.
