Tue, 7:46: I find the new Hyatt Regency Hotel compelling because, once it opens, at 520’ tall, 45 floors and 1.2 million square feet, it will be both the tallest and largest hotel in the Northwest. (The Westin’s North Tower has 47 floors but stands at 449’.) With such a distinction, it’s too bad its architectural design is SO BORING.
