Fri, 13:30: As of October 7, King County accounts for 19% of our state's new infections, which sounds high but bear in mind we also account for nearly a third (29.5%) of the entire state's population.
We sit smack in the middle when ranked by rate of infection; we could be doing better but could also be doing way worse.
Honestly the biggest surprise to me when ranking the data this way is Spokane County, location of the state's second-largest city, having the fifth-worst infection rate out of all 39 counties.
