Stacey Abrams is a straight up hero, a national treasure, & a key figure in the fight going forward. We owe a lot to her. https://t.co/YS0C5Len42

  • Sat, 14:59: What a true emotional roller coaster this week has been. Veering from tentative optimism to total devastation and back around to shreds of hope and then a sort of exhausting relief. The decision is made and this time America made the right choice.

Over the past several weeks I saw many calls to volunteer for things like texting, letter writing, or phone banking—all things which, in the end, I either did not have the resources for, or I would be so anxious in my attempts I'm certain I would have been counterproductive. (I donated where I could, which was the least I could do.)

And I want to extend my undying gratitude to those who *did* do that work, which in multiple states where the race was insanely tight, it likely made a vital difference. A ton of people did do the work, and thank you, and thank you, thank you, thank you.
