  • Fri, 16:43: Do streaming apps think that one day we're ALL going to pay $7-$15/month EACH for Netflix *and* Hulu *and* HBO Max *and* Disney+ *and* Apple TV+ *and* Showtime *and* Peacock *and* CBS All Access? I already pay for 3 of them and it's almost too much.

    Granted, it's easy to imagine most, if not all, of these getting sold in bundles and basically just becoming the next generation of what had already been a standard cable subscription.

    (I left Prime Video off that list because it's automatically included in Amazon Prime, which many pay for for other reasons. But it does count as one of five streaming services I subscribe to, which collectively offer way more content than I could ever actually watch. The annoying part is the smattering of really compelling stuff that winds up on platforms I can't watch. BOO HOO I'm so deprived!)
