These idiots think they're "protecting" cisgender athletes by perpetuating and normalizing outright humiliation. Guess what? Plenty of cis teens are also not easily identifiable on a gender binary. Do you think there are no cisgender girls out there who are naturally bigger and stronger than a lot of boys? No one is out there saying *they* should get "genital examinations," which alone proves how moronic and hateful this is. Because those kids will potentially be subjected to this shit as well, if this horrid law is passed unchallenged.
Passing hateful, anti-trans legislation hurts trans people most of all, but in so doing it hurts everyone. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
