Fri, 6:08: A much more relevant chart would show homelessness rates *per capita* rather than just hard numbers, given the widely varied sizes of these cities. BUT. New York and Los Angeles are the country’s largest cities (by far) so their respective positions at #1 and #2 here makes sense. But Seattle?
