Sat, 19:05: I walked downtown yesterday and was struck by the unusual number of people not wearing masks (most still did). I couldn't account for it ... because I was The Dumb. I finally remembered this morning that the CDC said—like a week and a half ago—you can take off your mask outside if vaccinated (and not crowded).

Well, anyway. Things are clearly changing.
