Mon, 9:18: Happy anniversary to us! Eight years since our legal wedding; SEVENTEEN years since our first date.
(Anniversary trip to Portland first planned for 2019; Shobhit threw out his back at work and couldn’t go anywhere. Postponed it to the next year … and 2020 happened. We went to a much more isolated cottage in Long Beach instead. But this year we finally made Portland work! And I had a great time; maybe my favorite visit to date. Pro tip: go in June, when all the roses are in bloom!)
