Sat, 10:17: We passed a long line of people waiting in chairs wrapped around the block, and we totally assumed it was for a show tonight at Neumos—although I was surprised an act big enough to create that kind of line would be playing there. Turns out, they’re all waiting for new shoes at a neighboring store. Even more ridiculous to my mind but whatever.
Before we figured that out though, Shobhit approached a young man in a chair and asked, “Who’s playing?” The guy replied, “Joe Biden.” Okay smartass!
