Mon, 11:27: ATTN family who received a calendar gift this year! The attached link is to a photo album of all the calendar images on my Flickr account, along with some other photos that nearly made it but in the end didn't make the cut. If you click on any photo, each of them include captions below the image with more detail about their background and/or inclusion.
Think of it as "Behind the Calendar," or the "director's commentary" of this year's calendars.

Mon, 16:05: I haven’t yet mentioned the Christmas samosas Shobhit made this year! He made them red and green, using food coloring we’ve had for like 15 years. I told him I was sure it was still fine to use.
They were a hit as always. Although my 7-year-old grandnephew, Gianni, declined trying any by saying, “The green ones look like barf!”
