Tue, 14:39: #BirthWeek train #5! First Hill Streetcar. Seattle’s second streetcar line, this one with service since January 2016 (South Lake Union line opened 2007). 2.5 mile route, 10 stops between Pioneer Square and Capitol Hill (which can be navigated far more quickly via Light Rail, but that doesn’t serve the intervening First Hill).
We went down and had a picnic lunch at Occidental Square. https://t.co/jNzUIpGU8l
Tue, 19:55: #BirthWeek train #6! Interurban Trolley Car 55, preserved from its 1907 origins as part of the Interurban Rail Line commuter service from Alderwood Manor (now Lynnwood) to Everett and Seattle, now on display at Heritage Park in Lynnwood. It apparently used to be a chicken farm so Shauna got some nice photos of me on a wild cock ride! https://t.co/Q7wefkapZz
