The vouchers can be sent by mail (in a pre-paid envelope included in the vouchers you were sent!) to the Seattle Ethics and Elections Office, at:

In order to be eligible for the above program, Shobhit needs 150 signatures and contributions (minimum $10) from Seattle voters (at least 75 of them from inside District 3). Shobhit has paper forms that need to be filled out for that, and he will bring them to you if you are willing to sign and/or contribute.
For non-Seattle voters interested in making a cash contribution, Shobhit really appreciates the support, but at this stage what is most helpful are contributions from Seattle voters (which he specifically needs in order to use funds from the vouchers). Once he qualifies for the voucher program, he may follow up then with information on how to contribute. Thank you for considering!
