Note to cisgender queer people: we should all be standing up for any and all trans and nonbinary folks regardless, but, if you think the current wave of anti-trans movement is not relevant to you, you're deluding yourself. If they come after any of us, they're coming for all of us. It's already happening.
And never forget: Pride as we know it in America was catalyzed by trans activists and drag queens. We owe them an immense debt of gratitude.
