Not a lot to report on today. I spent my evening at Steamworks last night, having an okay experience. I suppose with that in mind the photos I used in yesterday's DLU would have been more appropriate now. Except, I actually did go yesterday, so they work either way.
I'm still trying to burn through my backlog of Pride related "DLU photos" (which I tag "dlunused" on Flickr and have for years, probably actually decades now; once I use them I delete that tag and replace it with "dlused"). All three of today's photos are from Sydney World Pride, in late February and early March. I still have another 53 photos tagged with both "pride" and "dlunused," and a month's worth of Pride-related photos poised to be added to that feed coming up.

For instance: tomorrow is Pride at the Park, at Volunteer Park; I'm meeting Laney for the first of our June Happy Hours there. It'll be the first of many Pride photo albums I'll have on Flickr for the year.
The following weekend will, hopefully, have a brief getaway for Shobhit's and my anniversary. We haven't discussed it further yet but Shobhit texted me yesterday asking if maybe we should go somewhere on the Olympic Peninsula instead of Portland. I can live with that idea, in which case I'll still see if Danielle wants to go to Portland sometime.
The weekend after that, Saturday the 17th, will be the Fremont Solstice Parade. I guess Beth has a meeting and can't make it but Gina confirmed this morning she's still in; we just need to get her friend Jennifer to confirm as well.
The weekend after that is Pride Weekend: Trans Pride Seattle on Friday June 23; Capitol Hill pride Festival Saturday June 24; the Pride Parade on Sunday June 24.
And of course, all the other, countless things scheduled in between—mostly movies, also some of Shobhit's campaign events. I might want to be kind of deliberate about settling down a little on the scheduling in July, but we'll see!
