Sat, 20:29: Shobhit went to a Seattle City Council committee meeting yesterday to speak about the need for EV charging infrastructure in the city. Totally by chance, right after that meeting was the Seattle Pride Flag Raising Ceremony, this year celebrating the 50th anniversary of the first Seattle Pride. Shobhit stuck around for that, and wound up texting me 26 shots, including his own one-minute video clip, he took from his time there.
A friend had seen a photo of Shobhit at the event in someone else's post on Facebook, which I managed to find and swipe from Entre Hermanos. Then, I managed to download the Seattle Channel video of the event and edit out just the 46 second section of the actual flag being raised. See if you can spot Shobhit!
(He told me later that as the many people took turns cranking the flag up, "[Council member] Rob Saka pushed me forward to crank the flag up at the end." Nice!)
