Mon, 14:21: Forgot to post this last night but I don’t want the photo to go to waste! Shobhit-prepared Indian street food with Danielle and Lisa: golgappa (pronounced “goal-guppa”), hollowed-out deep fried crisp crepes (purchased at an Indian grocery store), filled in turn with potato, garbanzo bean, tamarind chutney, and a spiced water mixture. You fill it with bits of all that stuff and then pop the whole thing into your mouth for a delicious crunchy/watery explosion of flavor. The four of us basically went round and round in a mini assembly line until all the golgappas were gone.
