Thu, 16:56: Most Thanksgivings we make a bunch of Indian food but this year Shobhit didn’t feel like it, which was fine—we went with a bit more vegetarian-traditional: Field Roast with mushroom gravy; scallop potatoes; Pillsbury crescent rolls; PCC potato salad; PCC mushroom salad; and, okay, some leftover panneer vegetable dish with rice.
