Fri, 13:59: Well, it’s official: presumably due to the lingering cough from my (very standard) cold freaking people out and prompting them to take it up anonymously with the VP of my department, today I was disinvited from working at the office. My doctor on Wednesday strongly recommended it anyway, whether I’m sick or not: anyone who can work from home, should. I had to finish up something that could only be done there (still asked to isolate myself in a meeting room), then took my work home this afternoon.

Fri, 19:31: Shobhit just told me that at Big 5 they've sold out of shotguns and shotgun ammo, and this is at the store that usually has their lowest firearms sales due to Seattle's gun tax. Runs also on butane, propane, small stoves etc. "It's like the zombie apocalypse," he said.
