Thu, 14:29: I have long expected I would be working from home through at least the end of the year, but today we got official confirmation: "The earliest we anticipate the office will reopen is January 2021." Even when it's totally unsurprising—and absolutely the right thing to do—it still bums me out.
Thu, 21:08: Guess what is currently the SINGLE county in Washington State now lowering the rate of COVID transmission? Yakima County, where, amazingly, they currently have 95% compliance in public mask wearing.
The data on this is clearer with each passing day. The one easy, simple thing we can all do to turn this around? Any time you are in a public space near people outside of your household, WEAR A FUCKING MASK.
