  • Sat, 10:46: Wait, what the fuck? I’ve never even heard of this Harietta Holley woman, and that was clearly by design. So annoying! P.S. $14,000 in 1893 is the equivalent of over $403,000 today. https://t.co/pwTNUDuyAO

  • Sat, 14:40: Hey guys, remember when we were all looking on aghast at the unprecedented bushfire season in Australia, just at the beginning of the year? It's happening to us now.

This is not "someone else's problem." It's all of our problem. We all, every one of us, all around the globe, have to do something about it.

Or I suppose we could all just surrender to the hellscape. That seems to be a viable option in a lot of people's minds.

I never envisioned unbreathable air. Perhaps I should have. Perhaps we should have.

And yes, sure, the fresh air will return. But guess what? So will this awful smoke, with frequency and intensity never seen in the past. Take another look outside: without truly drastic measures (hahahahaha!! omg 😂), this is our future.
