Wed, 12:39: Here's a memory that has long been coming back to me on average once every several months or so.

Back in college, then-roommates Gabriel and Suzy (who were a couple) were having some kind of argument, and one of them wanted my opinion.

Not wanting to get involved and intent on conveying my neutrality, I meant to say "I'm Switzerland!"

But, I got the names of foreign countries wildly mixed up and instead I blurted out, "I'm Afghanistan!"

They were very, very confused.
