It should still be noted, however—and yes, even in the same breath—that similar legislation regarding reproductive choice is just as important, arguably even more so. The fact that it faces greater resistance right now doesn't change the fact that Congress should have similarly codified Roe v. Wade ages ago, when they actually could, but did not because the naively felt it faced no real threat.
